Edgeman Properties, LLC is a family owned and operated management business since 2003. They started out in Marshfield, Missouri with house rentals which lead to owning a small apartment complex. In 2015, the Edgeman’s purchased two properties in Joplin, Missouri where they expanded the property with new one bedrooms, dog run ,playground and renovating the exterior of the buildings and interior of the units. In 2019, they started the construction of The Willows and has completed half of the project so far.
