Edgeman Properties, LLC is a family-owned and operated property management company proudly serving Missouri since 2003. What began in Marshfield with a handful of single-family home rentals quickly grew into ownership and management of a small apartment complex. In 2015, the Edgeman family expanded into Joplin, Missouri, where they acquired two multifamily properties and then just recently sold.
In 2019, Edgeman Properties embarked on a new construction project—The Willows—an ambitious and thoughtfully designed development. This project was completed in 2025 reflecting the company's continued commitment to quality and innovation in residential living.
